ok so ive brought and few items of a member on here about 5 months ago and still not received them
I constantly message this person and all he does is mug me off!
what can I do to get my items that ive payed for?

If you have bought from a gold/trade member then any of the webteam will be happy to assist, but if bought behind the scenes via pm etc then we cant get involved even though for the record my personal opinion is anyone who acts like this and scams anybody is out of order

well hes got the money and still having a clear out but the looks of things?

You must have the patience of a Saint!! I would have found out where he lives and turned up either very early in the morning or late at night to catch the low life. He has basically stolen your money! Did you pay him via Pay Pal? If so they will make sure they take action against him to get your money back.
If he sold the parts on here as a gold member surely the moderators can also take action to make sure he cant do it again.
I cannot believe after 5 months you still have nothing from him!!

half the time Rich deals go on very cloak and dagger and payments made by western union or paypal gift which unless you know and trust the seller 100% is a major no no as you wave all your rights away, and if nobody reports it to us we are in the dark but we do assist on buyers behalf if purchase was made from a gold/trade member.

I shouldn't laugh but I reported this dick head to the Mods a loooooooong time ago.

He is Barry_R and was on this forum previously. He mugged me off for ages and I eventually got it sorted. He also got banned from the forum for numerous offences.

He appeared back here as cossie891 so yes I grassed! Grassing isn't cool but I was fucked off. So what did the mods do? JACK SHIT! So sorry to hear your troubles but tbh it should never have happened!

 

I would advise you go the legal route at this time, on the webteams part the seller has been stopped from using this forum.
