2005 mk6 suspension

hi does anyone know if front & rear struts with springs from a 2008 st mk6 would fit a 5 door 2005 mk6??

I'm 99% sure they are interchangeable yes, however as the front springs are designed to carry the weight of the 2.0 it may not drop as low as on an ST.

thats a shame ive only got the 1.25 engine. cheers though.

No problem, I would recommend getting some spax springs if you want a lower stance.

i've seen some fk shocks and springs for £160 but have read mixed reviews. not sure weather to bite the bullet and buy them.
