Get yourself booked into a rally school, most of them use a mk2 escort of sorts. You'll get to drive it hard, and definitely learn some new skills. A day of going sideways in an escort on the loose is probs one of the most fun thongs you can do.

I was thinking of doing a rally course but i was more in mind of anyone locally eg. Driving it round a village or down the m6

 

I learned to drive in one when I was 11 and have never drove one since but always loved them. So I bought one as a shell and boxes of bits and Im repairing it and rebuilding it and putting it back on the roads. I hope I like it after all the work
