Can anyone confirm these will fit my focus ST170 without any issues.

I had a rear flat last week and went to get it fixed but the garage said it was corrosion on my wheels not the actual tyre causing it to go down. so need to get some new wheels, says they fit but the ET is different and dont really want wheels where I have to run spacers etc.
