Default 2001 Puma Black

Hey all,

Just bought my self a Puma Black on a 'Y' with 107,775 on the clock. I really wanted a project, something to tinker with in my spare time, I have a VW Golf GT TDI as my daily and wanted a play thing, this Puma came up for £200, no tax or MOT, and ABS and TC lights on its sat for 18mths doing nothing,

Took it for an MOT, to see what's what...obviously it'd fail because if the abs light, but wanted to see what else...

I was pleasantly surprised...

I knew about the tyres, the mirror is in the boot, and the locking wheel nut was in the garage after I'd took the fronts wheels off...

Well impressed...and the project is AGO!!!

Not at all..like I say...very impressed with it..

I'm going to strip the interior to see if any rust is appearing and tried prevent it getting worse, it'll be a slow going project as I have no need to do ASAP, as it's a play thing rather than a daily.

Have to agree, only really got into them when I bought my wife one in January for her 1st car after passing her test. I thought it'd be like a fiesta if I'm honest, but I was very surprised how it felt, how it handled, and how it loves to be driven...so when this one came up, I had to snap it up.

I love mine its class. Take the rear inner panels out and then take the speaker pods out and underseal the rear quarters.
