Hello guys this is my first thread and am new to passion ford. I have a series 2 ERST. I want to modify my front bumper to improve airflow through my front mount ic and rad, but am not sure how to do it, I can cut it alright but how do I go about getting a nice curve shape so there's no jagged edges and not gaps on the inside where I've cut it. I look the look of twins front bumper on here. Just need a guide really and pictures.

Thanks for the reply, yea I looked on there, that's a proper nice bumper. I want something similar but not the same as you as I don't like copying people. I don't want a big mouth bumper but want the centre bar trimmed down smaller.

 

I had Twins remove the lower bar on one of mine in the past ask him maybe
