Can you fit a series 2 clutch kit into a series 1 gearbox

I've just bought a FRST and its fitted with a series 1 gearbox. I'm looking to fit an AP CP2000-35 high torque clutch kit in it which is listed for a series 2. I understand that the clutch size as standard in a series 1 was 200mm and the series 2 is 220mm, is there enough space to fit the bigger cutch plate?

I'm running the 220mm flywheel at the mo aswell. will it fit into the series 1 box ok with no problems?

That'll go no problem mate, I'm running a 220mm set up in my S1 box with an AP paddle plate.
