Focus 2.0 TDCI Timing Belt & Chain?

I've just bought a 2010 Focus 2.0 TDCI Titanium with 130k miles on it (high I know), I was trying to find out if it had a timing belt or chain, apparently it has both, can anyone confirm and or explain?

the focus is a psa engine and has a timing belt

its a Peugeot Citroën thing as the engine in the focus is basically a HDI.

Is it worth changing the belt as the car is on 130k miles?

If so, is it a job worth doing myself, although it would be nice to have a receipt as proof.
