What I want to know is where i can get a pair of green tint opening rear quarters for my mk4 escort. I know the exist as a mate of mine has them fitted to his mk4 turbo. Or are they just standard ones that have been drilled? Any info would be much appreciated.

 

They come up for sale now and again expect to pay between Ł100-Ł200 for a set. It's the rubbers that are harder to get hold of aswell as the hinges

Yes they are, still hard to get though for reasonable money

I've already got some bronze rear quarters with hinges and rubbers so they aren't a problem.

 

Was your mates RS Turbo in Stoke area? my old car was sold to a guy in Stoke and it had fitted green tints to it. Was a grey Series2 on G plate.

I used fittings from a series 1 and was lucky enough to source brand new green tint glass off someone on Ebay.
