PE 1.9 systems 2 inlet valves
Does anyone know if I can still get these inlet valves as have had a mishap !!!!
Drove car into garage year and half ago rebuilt gear box fitted new turbo went to start up didn't sound rite like timing was out which I thought haven't touched cam-belt after a couple of hours messing around check static timing and it jumped 90 degrees vernier pulley not slipped all tight retimed got at least 2 bent inlet valves now suns out and can't drive it gutted so need to get these valves did hear that Vulcan engineering built the heads at the time but can't get through to them any help would be much appreciated

 

Either be a standard or a big valve head mate, just because it's a System 2 block doesn't mean the head is anything special.

 

Cheers for reply it's defiantly big valve head ported and matched as I've had head of a few times and they are no way standard valves the stems have been machined down at there neck spoke to pe and managed to spoke to Ian who originally built these engines they cannot supply them but can put me in touch with company I'n Guildford that cAn make some so it's not to sad gonna get head of Thursday and see how many are bent and give him the numbers off them

 

And it's deff a complete systems two engine as my dad owned the car befor me and was the one who payed for the engine to be built and fitted
