Cheers,it's a good solid car that every one looks at when you drive past.just needs a respray as the dog turd brown paint is around 12 different shades of poo!!!its a 1 owner car the original colour was saluki bronze but some time in its past the colour was changed.i think there were loads of problems with this paint as it kept peeling off when the cars were new so ford didn't use it for long. Next job is to lower the car then get it painted after the summer.

There lotus cortina replicas from weller wheels. There 7" wide with new chrome hub caps.

Not sure could go back to the original colour of saluki bronze but it's abit dull. Was thinking a modern brown like the new focus comes in or bmw markesh brown metallic.

finally got round to painting the cortina.chosse the original colour of slauki bronze which is a rare colour.not a bad job as this is the 1st car ive painted and a did it in a barn at my in laws farm.

Was going to say they look like banded Lotus steels! Looks fantastic mate, what's under the bonnet? Pre-crossflow?
