I have a 88 Cossie and needs the windscreen replaced (courtesy of an overtaking Motorcycle!). Can I use a Ghia windscreen or even a standard one - not worried about heated or not as will be almost impossible to get a Cosworth one here in new Zealand. Cheers

 

Ghia will be fine as the Sapphire Cosworth was based on a Ghia, just check it's got the same colour tint

 

Ghia one should be heated too so if you can get one its a bit of a bonus.

 

Look at the scuttle panal if it's the same it will fit! Some have a one piece trim the later type and early ones like 3drs and some estates have a 3 piece trim

 

Pay the £70 excess on your insurance and get a brand new one fitted
