Which clutch, organic or paddle?

Which clutch, organic or paddle?
Looks like I am going to have to replace the clutch on my sapp 4 x4, which would you go for organic or paddle and what make, for road and occasional track use, she is running about 320 bhp.

i think 320Bhp realy is the limit on Organic.

Don't really want a paddle clutch, I have one in the rst and it's really stiff and hard to drive.

Do not use a paddle only go for a AP organic.
