mk4 hubs on a mk3?

Friend of mine has a pair of mk4 hubs with a stud conversion and wants to put them on his mk3 which has the rs1600 front end.
Is just a case of swap everything over?

Be so much quicker to buy the studs and nuts and keep the MK3 hubs on the car. They are cheap enough to do.

Thats going to be the case anyway as its a van so the rear is completely different.
