Default Rs turbo feels like front lifts up

As above when i accelerate, and hit boost, front end lifts up, then knocks as it comes back down when i go to change gear, sorry its not very detailed but bit hard to explain hah, any ideas people? Was wondering if worn top mounts would cause this?? Cheers bill

My cabrio gets very light on the front end under hard acceleration, I would like to reduce this.

Got a new set of coil springs to fit, think I'm gonna have to poly bush it too
