That'd be me then. If you have a local engineering place it is fairly straight forward for them to do, easiest and cheapest way would be to have them drilled then reamed to the right size. The other option is to have them over drilled and a sleeve fitted which is possibly a better way but more costly.

I had mine drilled but the muppet must have forgotten our conversation and been stupid enough to think the injectors didn't need to be a snug fit, he drilled the hole far too big.

Eventually found someone who drilled it slightly larger and pressed some sleeves in, this cost me Ł60 but would have been a little cheaper if the first muppet hadn't cocked it up. I've attached a picture of mine with sleeve in.

With regards the fuel rail this depends what rail you use and what inlet manifold, I'm using a modified xr3i manifold and fiesta turbo/efi fuel rail, process is similar though, once the injectors fit properly into the plate you can bolt it to the manifold stick the fuel rail on and have an alloy welder weld some tabs onto the rail to hold it steady. I've just about got enough room on my manifold to use the original mounting tabs on the rail but you can easily have more put on. I've a pic of an alternative method on my laptop I can upload as an example. I've got a few bits need welding so haven't got any pics of mine mounted yet as I'm getting it all done at same time.

If there's anything else I can help ya with just give me a shout. Facebook is probably easiest as I'm not on here much at the moment. (www.facebook.com/Piston.Head.Ash)

It's worth mentioning that if you're good with tools and have the time you can buy the correct size drill bits and an adjustable reamer and do it yourself. I just wanted it done so I could get on with the other bits. It needs to be spot on to keep the correct angle of injection and so fuel rail fits well. I know someone who's done a couple themselves with good results.
