sapph brakes

hi guys brake pedal on sapph seems very hard when driving and when car is turned off is pretty much solid any help would be great thanks gerryb

check the pistons in the calipers arnt siezed

Is the pump coming on when key switched on? Is 'handbrake' warning light on? I had this when the pump fuse blew under dash.
