Evening people. I'm trying to track down my old black series 2 rs turbo F552 TWC. I sold her nearly 10 years ago to a chap in the Basildon area. I've done a bit of research and it has'nt been scrapped, it was last taxed in 2008 and it's had a colour change to white. I have fond memories of the ol' girl and I'd love to buy it back and restore her to it's former glory. I know I'm looking for a needle in a hay stack but if anyone has any info it'll be most appreciated.

 

I use to own it 😁 was 1 owner when I bought it 😁no idea where it is now it's nick name from me was treat with care 😂

 

I was the 2nd owner as the lady I bought it from had it from brand new .from doe motors in witham Essex

 

I think I was the forth owner. I rebuilt the engine shortly after I bought it due to a big end letting go. Fitted low comp pistons, arp bolts, kent cam, pace intercooler, hybrid turbo, scorpion exhaust. Ran 22psi of boost and made about 200bhp. I clocked up about 50k hard miles over 18 months and it never missed a beat. Looking back I wish I never sold it

 

So who turned it to white?

 

I have setup it up in the last three years.

 

Don't know who painted white. But according to the dvla it's been changed from black to white. But that's coming from the dvla. Lol.

 

Black was an option bitmad to turn it white !! But there you go 😜and was virtually mint !! When I had it and it was standard but I got it up to 185bhp and it was on 156,000 miles on original engine

 

I know dude. It's criminal turning it white.
