hey guys, im looking into buying a rs turbo and was wondering what the difference is between the s1 and s2

i assume you know visually, mechanically susp set up is a bit diff, engine wise same power. . S2 being more refined all round susp/comfort wise, slightly bigger brakes whcih can be ugraded on either model, S2 has a slightly larger flywheel for smoother gearchange, to put it simply

 

That’s easy. Next time you see a S2 look around you and see how many other people are looking at it.
Then do the same with a S1.
I think your notice a difference.

Or ask anyone how has owned a S1 and a S2 and ask them which they prefer

S1 wins all day long.

sorry, bit lame,
the S2 have a heated front screen and better brakes,
i have put s2 calipers on mine, the engine is slighly different,
the inlet manifold is different and s2 turbos are water cooled whereas the
s1 are not,

series one was more of the drivers car!! Original is always best
