Default Anyone managed to stop the front bumper from smiling ?

Just removed my front bumper and it's starting to seperate at the back where they usually dip down anyone managed to stop this

Mine did that, centre bar sagged...

....One hacksaw, some paint and filler, job done, no more sagging!

if you messed about enough maybe you could cut out the foam and make up a metal frame to hold it correctly in place

I have thought about putting a piece of threaded bar in the foam but it's having the nerve to do it

Metal bar underneath the sagging bit is the best idea, might take some careful doing though

I've just sold a bumper that was fairly mint other than the lower rubber lip spoiler being bent

I was thinking about carrying on the bar that's on the bottom lip then having a flat piece welded to it to sit under the part that's dropping then paint up same colour as bumper

I toyed with the idea of cutting most of the foam out and making a metal frame to tie it all together , not the lightest of things the front bumpers
