Default Mk1 focus front and rear bumper removal

Hi guys I'm new to the site and will be a regular on here for advice tips and tweaks. Right I have a mk1 ford focus 1.8 petrol 1999 and have just bought a second hand body kit only problem is I don't have a clue on how I'm gonna remove the front and rear bumpers and the side skirts. I will be honest I do not have a clue on this and was hoping that someone either can take me through it step by step,or have any links to any videos to help me. Hope someone can help me cheers
