Hi Everybody.
I have a Sierra on a K plate and wanted to do a mild upgrade and saw this turbo on Ebay.
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/1311045249...9#ht_63wt_1399
Could anybody advise me please whether this would be a good turbo to buy? Is it expensive? or would there be better options to look at around the same money (£500)?, if so where/who would you recommend please?
Kind Regards
Andrew

It depends on what you want the car to drive like? My turbo is the same as the one you've shown, it doesn't really hit full boost til 4000rpm, but will hold boost quite high up the revs. They are good for a reliable 380bhp.
If you car is pretty standard, I'd personally get your standard t3 rebuilt and a 360 degree bearing fitted and aim for 320ish bhp. You'll have little lag and the car will be nice to drive.
