FAO any lovely Blackpool peeps
Anyone from up that sort of way coming any way further south (Birmingam, Gloucestershire, Bristol, south Wales, South West?) soon?
There a set of wheels i need from Blackpool, and they a proper bargain, but Blackpool is a HELL of a trek from here, and if anyone was coming south a bit they could be kind enough to pick em up n i could meet em a bit further down
Its coming on for 300miles from Cheltenham
What you thinks cheaper in a 1.8 mondeo, 140quid and petrol to Blackpool n back, or 250quid and petrol to Nuneaton n back?

70 miles of motorway to Nuneaton, 270 to Blackpool
TBH if i get the Nuneaton ones i can drive there in an hour tops so thats no bother, cheers for the offer tho mate, really appreciated
Blackpool tho, 100quid less, and infact id slightly prefer them, but its a proper mission there n back, and TBH its a lot to ask for someone to lug down 4 8.5x16 rims with tyres (tho can bin the tyres for all i care!) for me...
I guess a courier would charge a lot too?

Yea, basicly, its some 8.5x16 std 300SX rims from Blackpool, or some 8x16 std R32GTR rims from Nuneaton.
TBH the 8x16s are fine, the Croydowns car runs on them and that runs 8.5sec 1/4s!

And TBH the .5" dont make any odds to what tyres fit, makes me feel a bit safer that the tyre wont come clean off the wheel tho as they silly wide for the rim
But if MickyT says they for 8" wide, then so be it...

get him to tie 2 wheels together, heave them up on the desk, job sorted for £40
