I've owned my mk4 Escort 1.3 Popular for threee years now and covered 30k in that time. Its a 3 door model without sunroof and solid all round in radiant red, sailed through its MOT in November with no advisories and the garage owner admired it and complimented my careful ownership I'm its second from new... Though I said when I first got it that when the little reliable ohv had done lots of miles I'd dropIin something a bit more powerful, pretty and new.
I want to Zetec it with bike carbs but would like ideas on where to start and what bits to use.
