got a fiesta 2007 tdci and trying to change the heater motor but its proving to be a headace to take out.....anyone got phtos of the process to get it out...... i know its on the passenger side...and the car has Air con......

If i remember rightly on these i think its a dash out job. I've had the dashes out of these in around 20 mins but i've removed a few. hope this helps.

 

right ive got the covers off the fan is free but wont come out due to two silver pipes one of which is stopping it from coming out......... any ideas....??

 

ok fan is out bench tested the fan and it works....... postive going to fan plug ok ....... but doggy earth going in to plug via heater control knob ... ive changed the heater resistor but still no joy... could it be the controls on the dash or may be a faulty resistor pack.... its new from fords...
