Cosworth/xr4i tailgate the same?

Does anyone know if the spoiler mounting holes are an exact same between the 2?

The boot lid is the same but the mounting points are totally different, plus there's a load of holes on the base of the xr4 boot lid that will have to be welded up if fitting it to a Cosworth.
