Looking to put a air tech 500 intercooler and air con rad in the escort, anybody had any experiences they can share.

i fitted a radtech intercooler and water rad a few yrs back to my monte which enabled you to keep your aircon rad if thats what you mean?

Yeah sorry I did mean radtec, I take it you've had no problems with it since?

Hello Radman, did you have to cut the crossmember by about 20mm to get the air con rad to fit? Also did you use the original fixing brackets on the chassis?

it was around 7/8 yrs ago now, i sold it on a long time ago but i did have to trim around 10mm off the rear of the cross member,its a very tight fit but seemed to work fine
