Default Photoshop help

Could some on photoshop my engine bay for me with the rocker cover and strut brace black instead of red? would like to see what it looks like before I take the plunge and do it. Thanks

There must be someone out there that's got a spare 5 mins? I've tried downloading a couple of image editors but can't get any to do it
