Default inlet cam and adjustable pulleys

evening all, just a quick 1 while the cars in bits.
is there any benefit running standard cams with adjustable pulleys on ?? and also would I benefit from a ab07 inlet cam with double valve springs while still on the standard t3 turbo

If you're pistons aren't pocketed then an AB07 inlet cam will be best for you.
