Powerflex is good enough. The big ones in red, the rest in yellow.

The polyraces are harder I think, not a great thing if you do not have a roll cage (= stronger base), but I may be wrong.

I think I'm still gonna take them because I might put a roll cage in the Cossie, one time.

I hear you get alot more road/vehicle noise with poly bushes than you do with the original ford ones?
Anyone confirm this?

Ive powerflex bushed front and rear all bushes changed made a massive difference but only because the old ones were well knackard...

Be warned the rears are not a nice job you will prob need to press the trailing arm bushes out and the beam bushes in, but defo worth the effort..

Oh and before somone mentions it...I had No sign of steering from the rear

Hello m8, finished fitting all the coilovers although didn't fitt any bushes as the fronts already done and i'm not going to do the rear, at least not yet. The rear coilovers were easy to do instead of messing about dropping the beam and removing the driveshafts which takes ages i just removed the shocks, let the arms drop down and get in there with an angle grinder and cut the original sprins into 3 and then pull each piece out
