The fuel pump has been changed in the last few months - not by me I noticed a leaking injector pipe.

so right after sorting out the leaking injector pipe at the fuel pump end today (no thanks to the numpty who didn't do it properly, but let's not go there) I have NOW noticed after tightening the injector pipes at the injector end, I now have a wee leak from the injector by the clamp on the engine block, well fuel was bubbling around the area.

Is is easy or where can I get seals for this, presuming they're copper??? (take it my seals are shot now).
