Hi does anyone know where i can get hd rod bolts and valve springs from for a 1.6 zetec se ? . Tried phoning shawspeed a heap of times and got answer once but he never phoned back with price and now no answer again.

 

Jon from Shawspeed isnt the best to get hold of. He has a job aside from the engine building etc. He usually replies eventually, send him a text too.
