Has anyone had problems loading the game ie really slow and then when you get into the game and then exit into another part of the game the screen goes black and stays like it for ages. I have already taknen 1 copy back and got it replaced and same thing is still happening, any ides what it could be, would a slim line PS2 be better.

Saw the slimline on TV earlier for Ł125 with a copy of GT4

 

4x4 pete, mines a scph-30003 aswell and ive had no problems with it in the 2weeks ive had it

 

i just give Ł29.99 for the game looks like its going back who is selling the slimline for that money?

A few copies came into the office but the pikey coonts on the other mags got to them first. We never made it to the launch party either, seems the other mags 'forgot' to mention it to us. WANKERS

Its your playstation ,same thing happened to me , mine is one of the first ones too its a dvd 9 gane and not the usual 5 , so it struggles to read it , especially if chipped , had to go and buy a slimline just for this game

i got the Ł125 package. everywhere is offering it - i bought mine in a shop called GAME.

 

I've had the same problem - as soon as the screen goes blank for a while give it a clout it seems to work on mine!
