You can get a 4pot caliper with 285mm disc under most 15s, think 300mm under most 16s, possibly 355mm under 17s (not 100% sure here), wouldn't want to run a larger wheel than that on a fiesta, as for rear discs, think 2.0 focus stuff fits.
What caliper you using its in a straight fit do I need to change hub ??
Caliper fits straight to the hub.Just got to drill the hub holes out and space the carriers out a bit.Its a good set up.Also depends on what you want to spend as well if you want looks or purpose.Ive also got the mk2 mondeo servo fitted as well

Mk2 servo will fit straight on if non abs model. If its the abs model you will have to adjust the brake lines to suit.Mk3 mondeo calipers and st170 300mm discs job done.Fit braided lines if you want for a firmer brake pedal and if you want to go mad use blue brake fluid but its expensive

Could I put the fiesta marster cylinder on mk2 mondeo servo as the servo had abs master cylinder but its off atm
But will drum be upto the job for 400 bhp that's what I'm after I've got a 2.0 silver top witch I thought was black top but didn't know that silver was alloy rocker lol bummer but still get what I need

How much bhp you running also how you get the to fit ??
Im running about 140bhp.Its quick and doesn't hang about. The drive shafts are a direct fit im using the diesel ib5 gearbox not an mtx75.I do have a turbo plan at a later date.ive had some minor issues to sort out with the fiesta that needed seeing to first
Ahh I see I want to keep the mtx as it be ok wen I go to 400 Im gonna weight a list soon on my engine rebuild now I got me brake list witch I'm gonna buy all before xmass and start on engine after lol I wana get drive shafts first the engine
I assume you've factored in the work chopping about to fit an mtx?
The 300mm set up is very good, some people don't like taking a grinder to the caliper but it's fine. Go up to 16's and you can go with something like 406/Fiat Coupe Brembos.
focus mk1 1.8 ib5 have been known to run that power and will near enough bolt straight into the car iirc the torque links a bit of and will bolt straight to the engine

same fitment as a se fiesta.
yeah its simple to drill a hole and just bolt the new gear shifter in place.
Just fit the fiesta upper mount on the top of the focus is and it will bolt straight in, as for the torque link I'm not 100% as I ddidn't help my mate modded his but I know it wasn't a direct fit, and he used an aftaftermarket vibe one iirc he either bent the vide bar to the right angle or replaced the bar but it's really not hard to customise a vibe torque link as it's just a metal bar with two bushes welded at each end.
