Proper transits are 5x160 pcd iirc so these wont bolt straight on so in short no. Plenty of companies offer pcd hub adaptors though for the transit.
If though you have a connect sport theyll fit, unsure of arch clearences though.

Paul ive just had some engineering work done by a company called g23 engineering top class work, he makes all the adaptors for the vw lads , hes just made a set for a transit sport to bently rims , look amazing quality and well priced

Ye, the ones I seen ain't on there anymore but they were definitely mk7 transit.......a gunmetal 5 spoke, wish I'd watched listed them now.
