Hi guys
just purchased my 1st ever rs turbo all standard apart from some1 has put clean indicators on which i plan to put originals back on everything else is standard inside and out.

looking at my rocker cover is very dull n faded n wanted to make it look alot tidyer just to freshen it up under the bonnet
i dont want to make it chavvy or anything like that just want it to look clean n fresh i have a friend that can shot blast the rocker cover n cross over pipe and another that can paint or powder coat them

IS THIS A GOOD IDEA or will it look stupid n chavvy if not then what do you recomend paint or powdercoat.
the car is dolphin grey (i think ) any suggestions on colours or just plain silver

 

Should look ok I reckon, a lot of people like black crackle effect type paint but its up to you, its your car, have a look at the resto threads on here for some inspiration and see what takes your fancy
