P100 2.9 cosworth
just started my own P100 project, started off just to sort the sender unit on the fuel tank, removed the back only to find the tank leaking, along with busted brake lines and a whole lot more to boot! Project started earlier than planned but giddy about it, getting a new tank made from scratch cos i cant find one for sh#t. Pictures from the beginning soon to be added.

i know it doesnt look too bad to start with but the body work is rough and the p100 has many mechanical issues, so here goes....

this is before i started, it looks a lot cleaner on the pics but the body work is poor and there are many mechanical issues

took the back off just to get at the sender unit due to the fuel gauge not working, was gonna just get it road worthy to use till the tax ran out but then found a few holes in tank and a few other issues so thought what the hell, start the resto now.

window back in, not a job to be taken lightly that with the external seal.

does anyone know what has the same leaf springs as a p100? im after new bushes but as usual, nothing listed on ebay for them, are mk 2 ezzys the same?

Cant help you there buddy, the leaf springs are know to snap a lot. Damper are a fooker to get hold of too mate. IRS is the way forward IMO.

For a casual, thep100 has the original engine SOHC 2.0??? Here only 1.8TD engine was soldand I need a proof that it is also marketed with2.0 petrol engine. http://clubfordsierra.mforos.com/135...sde-castellon/ If anyone can help me this is my mail.vcandau@gmail.com
