I'm just testing the water as I'm bloody skint and need a everyday car (would like a sporty ford) and my house move has near bankrupted me and it's stupid too leave it sitting in the garden

It's a imperial blue fiesta rst that was owned and restored by Chris the painter from the ox- ford group and is in really nice condition apart from a few small scuffs and stone chips

It is unfinished because it needs either a chip or a ofam ecu too finish and a set up, it's a running nearly finished project and I can have it all done ready for chip and injector swap ready to rock and roll

This project has quite a few spares and bits too do but as I said I can get it ready if a deposit is left or take it now with a car full of spares

Needs a chip and injectors to suit spec (but runs)
Needs abit of finishing /detailing
Very dirty as been sat about for 3 months (but I will get the sponge out lol)
Wheels are not mint but are presentable
Rocker cover could do with painting
Exhaust could do with playing around with to get perfect fit

And maybe a few others, I'm stressed out my mind trying to do the right thing but my 2nd daughter is due in 10 weeks are as previously stated I just got a brand new house and there has been so many expenses that I didn't realise I had too spend.

Looking for a quick sale otherwise I will break, there's most likely loads of parts I forgot about, I worked out it would break for over 3.5k so want £2.5k cash for every ford part I own and the whole project

By the way the head rebuild and frs gaskets, water pump and timing belt kit and devils springs were just fitted and done zero miles

Arb poly bushes
Drop links
Steering knuckle and so on

 

I will get better pics for anyone but it's a car that needs too been seen

It's a very pretty car when cleaned and waxed ect

 

Would even consider another rst that I can just get in and go as px or swap

But really want something like a mondeo st, st170 or rs2000 ect

As said I'm on the verge with breaking it as it's worth a lot more but let's see how it goes

what chip would you say it needs, an off the shelf item like 195 superchip or custom?

 

Mark, if you do break it I might be interested in the engine.

 

Msd do an off the shelf zetec turbo chip for cossie t3 and iw-158 injectors for £250

But a 195 would work for now with biege injectors but it would be restricted too 220bhp and that's stupidly low boost

 

Let me know mate what you want, if someone buys a big chunk it will push me too break it, will need to find a buyer for the shell but can just ebay it

That's a nice motor, got an st170 03 imperial blue.
Just fitted engine and gearbox from 60k accident damaged car as I bought it with cambelt snapped.
Car itself has done 127k
Cars pretty clean but clutch is slipping at 5.5k revs in 3rd and above.
Drives fine normally also no noises from dmf.

my mate has a frst in black, taxed n mot'd, had an uprated clutch put in feew months bak, 195 chip n beiges etc that sort of stuff. not a bad looking car, goes well, made over 160bhp at power engineering before the clutch started slipping but hasnt been back since. i told him of ur car and hes interested but he can only do straight swap as yours needs money to get it sorted and his is on the road. if it apeals to u let me no il send u pics. has usual rust around filler cap n couple odds n sods that could do with tidying but its not a shitter.

go ofam and keep your vxr's. a chip and 158's will cost you the same as an ofam ecu. just run it round on a base map for a while then have it mapped at a later date imo
