Has anyone thrown/blew a core plug out there block whilst using car really hard as this happened to me the weekend just gone whilst out on the track!!

Yep done it to my Cossie mate last year in the cold I simply changed the rest and haven't had a problem since touch wood

 

well mine threw it out and i never noticed and overheated the engine ,so now i thinki ive fucked hg for 1 and tomorrow il take head off and see what else is fucked

wernt the rally car ones bolted in?

 

been garage today to inspect dsmage from cooking engine at track last weekend and engine is fucked.cracked bolt holes between piston 1n2 both sides into water ways and cracked both sides of bolt between piston 3 n4 on turbo side of engine.oh well thats the cossie gonna be collecting some dust for a while,cant afford a new engine right now.im gonna be a bear with a sore head for a while!!
