Hi I been on this forum for a while as I've been restoring an rs turbo, and recently got myself a mk5 zetec s and was on the zsoc forum but its not great and there are plenty of C&ck ends on there, just wondered if there was many zs owners on passion ford and also wanted to know if you do a full exhaust system and don't run a sport cat will it be a deffo mot failure ?

 

Know what you mean about that forum, sold my zs last week but really enjoyed owning it as it was great fun

Ye this is the forum you need to be in! Plenty of info on here about the zetec s. and more than likely with the cat thing, I'd get a sports cat on there, they don't harm flow enough to risk failing the test over it or a potential fine if you get pulled in by the rozzers.

 

I love my little Zetec S Perfect car to have some fun in, I know mine has a full Milltek system and mine passed with no advisary, I agree with Gjh it should be fine
