hi does anybody know the best way to refurb these wheels and where ??

will be paint then bud i imagine, i luckily got my hands on alloy when i purchased mine

I'm not sure but heard its only 18's that have mag in them
I have 16's and 17's and they are alloy do powder coating was fine for me

well one of mine had a small crack and it looks like it been ali welded so could be alloy but the chap i brought them of said there magnesuim

ye mate i have the 18's someone advised me to get them acid dipped then get them sprayed

do they have the vanes on the inside of the spokes? were they the ones from rsoc?

17" and 18" are mag/alloy mix but the 18" were greater mag content over the 17" in the new style, the older version seem to be alloy - RL7's are a complete minefield - Ear's are alloy which are the sort after ones
Speaking from experience but someone will have a different experience with them

so if they are mag do i get them acid dipped and sprayed or just powder coated ???

i dont think the powdercoating adheres to well to the mag ones tyrone

i would think so mate ,done properly with a good etch primer should do the job
i have 10 8x17 rl7,s some are speedlines some are ears and the paint comes off them in sheets lol

probably best bead blasted ,just incase acid dipping react wth magnesium.
you would have to check this with the proffesionals mate

Ain't we all, if i could find a set of Ears Motorsports in 8x17 ET35 Front and ET25 rear my splits would be gone but they just not out there
