Hi can anyone help me out my bora takes a few secs longer to start now in the cold morns, I got new glow plugs but the tip is a little shorter about 2mm, they have 12v stamped on them but the old VW ones have 11v stamped on them, would that make any difference to starting? thanks Andrew

 

If it a PD Bora it wont even use the glow plugs unless its less than 4degC outside.
