It looks like a drain pipe with some random injectors plumbed into it and bit of garden hose thrown in for good measure. Should easily see 200bhp more power when fitted to your m3.

Reminds me of the old mk1 fiat uno turbo setup, same thing, bits of rubber hose connecting the injectors to the fuel rail...2 of my engines caught fire this way when the fuel press blew the pipes, wtf was fiat doing?

Looks like something my bro would do ,last week we made filters for his bike by drilling holes in plastic drain pipe and wraping it with some packing foam that I had lol.

Those injectors with the small hose stubs are a standard Bosch injector as used on the 3.9 Rover V8 efi. They come with the hoses like that from Bosch.
Does not mean that I condone the OPs pictures though.
