ok , ive had an epson C40UX for a few years and never been able to load teh software correctly for the status monitor for the ink levels , even dowloaded it off the epson site - never works

so ,

i now buys a new CX6600 and have the same problem - will not load the status monitor - anyone had the same ?

no, my epson R200 works fine, the ink levels show for a few seconds during printing.

Ring them on their help line, and they will sort it out with you over the phone.
