Default bringing a cosworth back to life!

hi and thanks for looking at my thread. I have just purchased a saph cossie 4x4. the story with the car is it has been stood for over 5 years. I am basically after a bit of advice. before getting her on the roads I want to fully service the car, engine oil, plugs, leads, g'box oil, diff oils, transferbox oil etc. I'm basically after advice on what grade oils I need for the car.

engine oil?
g'box oil?
diff oil?
transfer box oil?

thanks for looking and any help that can be given. cheers

Engine oil will differ with opinion, but I use Mobil 1 10W60. Fairly cheap too from Matt Lewis. My mate put it in his 4x4 saph and it quietened it down and stopped a slight oil leak he had.
Plugs I use the Motorcraft 071's. Again from Matt at around Ł10 a set.

Make sure you check all the brake and fuel lines for corrosion too, and it'll probably need some bushes after that time.

Change all oils, belts and spark plugs minimum. A new engine sensor set would be a good idea too. Plus get the brakes/tyres checked thoroughly.

Try the opieoils website for all of your oil options,

I use Silkolene Pro Race and AGPR-12PP motorcraft plugs for a 4wd
