Sorry guys, forgot all about this topic.
That's been converted to something like GEMS im afraid and will be very tricky to get any support on unless you can find out who did it and if they still have the software.
Oddly though, I cant see an external access port in your pics, they normally have a jack plug of some sort to connect the laptop to. Unless that's it above the CO screw?
Easiest solution - just buy a standard L8.

I'm sure it will run whatever its mapped for just fine, your problem is finding out what that is. Perhaps a dyno session is a good solution so you can get an idea what its like safety wise.
I have NEVER seen a road car with that conversion, only rally cars, so you need to tread carefully for sure as it might well be for a restricted engine.

There is absolutely nothing I can do or check on it for you mate other than to plug it into a car and tell you it starts it.
I couldn't even tell you what kind of boost control valve or idle valve is programmed to use - I have ZERO access to the maps inside it and it most certainly wont work with a weber chip in it anymore.
You need to find the original mapper - you have no other options.

Still looks like a GEMS implant to me though...
Just rang another gems person who said if it is theirs then it is a serious ecu that can do anything most modern ecus can and can be programmed to what ever I want for £240 so fingers crossed it is theirs lol
