long story short ordered some blue Cossy vernier pulleys of these jokers about a month ago and when they came they were red
so I complained and he said he didn't have any blue so he sent red instead
so I sent them back at my own expence
when they came back they were blue but one of them was a cvh pulley

so I sent them back again and when they came back one of them was secound hand, it stunk of oil was a differant colur and had scratches on it

so I rang to complain and he denied it was secound hand and said I was
being fusy
I said it was for a show car and he said if it was a show car it would have standard pulleys on
I said I wanted them changed or a refund but he said if I send them back and he thinks they are new I can't have a refund.
I complained and ha said shit happens
This is the worst company since auto twat design

Is it worth demanding my money back or should I go through the credit card company ?

ive seen their ads in the jap mags, heard a lot of bad stuff.

they were giving realy cheap prices, and it shown with the quality of the work...

 

Tell him you are going to contact trading standards

They can't refuse to not give you a refund if you return the item.

 

Craig a cvh pulley is what he told me it was , but it was about 5 mm thinner in the middle so it did not match here is a picture of them fitted.

Had a few bits off him over the years but not had a problem yet and I also know another very well known big Cossie tuner who also uses him a massive amout for work......



I actually prefer his verniers as they have a 6 bolt fixing insytead of the normal 4 or 5..... and they are alot cheaper

 

I don't care if he a tuf guy His service is still crap and I will tell him to his face when I see him .

Fucking Trading Standards mate - pikey fooking traders who think they can rip anyone off need fooking sorting out IMO

 

if you have paid using a credoit card contact them if your not happy they will stop the paymnet untill your problem has been sorted believe me you will win,I hate this thing happening as it gives all traders a bad name
