Hi,

My engine is now at the stage that it just needs the head put on but I have misplaced the two locating dowels that go between the block and the head. One bigger than the other.

Does anyone know where to get these?

If it's the large turbo YB mine didn't have any......I used M12 studding cut into 4 parts and screwed them into the block finger tight to locate the head and then removed them

 

they don't have dowels,just cut the heads of 2 old head studs,cut a grove down them so you can get a screwdriver blade into it to unscrew it once fitted

Yeah I thought the same about 15mm diameter but I was really thinking of my old Rst which had them
