Hi guys new to this have a 95 small turbo escort cossie had a few running problems over boosting,,blown turbo!! gave car to mechanic said he fixed over boosting with new actuater said car running smooth would just need to get turbo rebuiltit was blowing smoke out of the seals very smokey at the rear as well!! first trip on road after getting the turbo rebuilt over boosting again turbo seals gone again and didnt drive car over 4RPM !! any ideas what else might be wrong any help at all would be great THANKS
