Can you create a power wire to run from the fuse box to attach to car gauges, IE: boost, oil and water so they light up ect without having them wired to the cigarette lighter for a power source

You can wire them to the backlight of the heater system selectors. Then it only turns on when you have ur lights on.
But i recon you want to go for a extra neat solution isn't it?
